Introducing the Patent Drafter Toolbox

The official transition from a single-prompt tool to the Patent Drafter Toolbox is complete. This update introduces a modular system designed to prioritize professional agency and absolute data sovereignty in the patent drafting process.

1. Multiple Deployment Models

To accommodate varying security requirements and technical infrastructures, the toolbox now features two distinct deployment paths:

  • Plug & Play (Cloud): Provides immediate access to the latest logic via assistants in ChatGPT and Gemini. This model offers zero-setup convenience within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Sovereign (Open-Logic): Provides the raw source logic for download. This allows for the deployment of the prompt architecture on private infrastructure, such as local LLMs, private Azure, or OpenWebUI, ensuring sensitive client data remains entirely under firm control.

2. Claim Drafter: Re-engineered Logic

The Claim Drafter has been extensively updated. The tool now employs a more rigorous “interview” logic. It is programmed to identify vagueness in invention disclosures and requires a structured problem-solution framework before drafting begins. This prevents the “Filled Page Problem” by ensuring claims are grounded in a deliberate legal strategy.

3. The Toolbox Roadmap

While the Claim Drafter is currently live, two additional specialized modules are in the final stages of testing:

  • Claim Checker (Coming Soon): A digital adversary module designed to identify scope issues, clarity gaps, and potential functional claiming risks.
  • Description Drafter (Coming Soon): A specialized module for expanding finalized claims into a comprehensive, compliant specification while maintaining strict fidelity to the source materials.

Subscribers will receive these modules automatically.
